The Gigabox Process compression package integrates two MX 200 or MX 400 compressors to all their associated components in a single skid, offering a natural gas compression capacity equivalent to our highest standard package. This results in an innovative, high-compression power unit with similar dimensions to a 40-feet container, transported very easily, fully assembled and ready to connect via flexible pipes. These plug-and-play features define the Gigabox Process as a fast installation and commissioning portable unit for Distributed Compression services.

  • Two 1, 2, 3,4 and 5-stage MX 200 or MX 400 reciprocating compressors with exchangeable sliding fit liners to reduce maintenance costs and time.
  • Pressure vessels designed in compliance with ASME IX standards.
  • Pipes designed in compliance with ASME B31.3 standards.
  • Fin tube heat exchangers designed in compliance with the TEMA code.
  • Electrical control board (ECB).
  • Automatic oil replenishment system.
  • Liquids separation management system with slug catcher and reinjection to the discharge flowline or to the local discharge.
